Do you have employees that have been affected by COVID-19? Under the Families Fist Coronavirus Response Act, certain employers are required to provide paid sick leave during their time of absence through December 31, 2020. The employee is NOT required to take PTO. As an employer, you can get a credit for the wages paid during their time away. This credit is taken on the quarterly 941, or annual 943. Already filed your quarterly 941? No problem, we can assist you with amending your quarterly return, if necessary.
