Senior Accountant

Sharon joined Erpelding, Voigt & Co., L.L.P. in 1993 and brings more than 30 years of experience in tax and accounting. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals and businesses across a variety of industries, with extensive experience in agriculture. 

Sharon focuses primarily on tax review and consulting for individuals and closely held businesses, with an emphasis on S corporations and limited liability companies. She is also a resource to clients and firm staff on QuickBooks Desktop and accounting matters. Within the firm, Sharon serves on the Technical Committee, where she assists with tax and accounting issues and the development of technical resources for the firm. 

Sharon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Briar Cliff College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Accounting and Business Administration. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Sharon lives in the Bancroft area and enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
