Jill joined Erpelding, Voigt & Co., L.L.P. in 2011 and serves as the firm’s Human Resources Director.

Jill leads the firm’s human resources function and serves as a primary resource for employees and firm leadership. Her responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff development, workforce planning, and the development and administration of firm policies and HR practices. She works closely with firm leadership on staffing needs, employee development, organizational planning, and other personnel matters that support the firm and its employees.

Jill graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.

Jill resides in Humboldt with her husband, Alex, their children, Axel, Ada, and Adley, and their dog, Winnie. She serves on the Humboldt Community Foundation Board, Humboldt Athletic Booster Club and is a Faith Formation leader. In her free time, Jill enjoys reading, walking, cheering on her kids in their various activities, and spending time with her family.
